SCUBA DIVER
The Scuba Diver qualification can be achieved a in a short period of time and is ideal if you only want to dive with direct in water supervision or if you have a limited time frame to obtain certification for a trip.
Required age/certification level
Minimum age: 10 years old
(Note there are special rules regards depth limitations and training procedures for 10-11 year olds.)
The program is conducted in a pool or in a confined water environment and in an open water environment with a maximum depth 12 meters / 40 feet. Ratios are dependent on the environment, the person conducting the program and the age of the participants.
Course Overview
Participants must be able to complete a 10 minute swim/float.
Participants must prove mastery of the open water knowledge development modules 1-3, complete confined water training modules 1-3 and open water dives 1 & 2.

Estimated Course Hours: 24 hours

Dive mask, Snorkel and Dive fins.

Where can you go from here?
The Scuba Diver program can be credited towards open water dive certification by completing the balance of the knowledge development, the skills and the physical tests.
